The Cold Bruer

Write a Review

The Cold Bruer utilises a clean and functional design, while maintaining the quality of the brewing process, and ultimately the end product. The benefit of a good cold brew is that it's full-flavoured, smooth and silky. Cold brewed coffee has much less acidity and bitterness which makes it perfect for iced coffee drinks.

The process is quite visually appealing - the Cold Bruer has 3 levels: the water, the coffee grounds and the coffee collection chamber. Water slowly drips down the water chamber and into the coffee chamber, slowly saturating the coffee grounds and continuing through to the coffee carafe. The total slow drip process can take anywhere from 3-12 hours depending on the drip rate selected.

The beauty of the Cold Bruer is that it's practical and reasonably priced, making cold brewed coffee easy to obtain!

Replacement Filters: The Bruer comes with a pack of paper filters. These filters are the same type and size used with the Aeropress

    Very Smooth and Tasty Coffee

Posted by Kim ONeil on 9th Oct 2020

I had been using a plunger to make my cold brew in the past, then filtering it once again to remove the sediment. I wanted a process that was faster, to keep up with my consumption and less work. Fortunately I came across the Bruer. The process is much faster, 5 hours vs 24, easier and the cold brew comes out even more delicious. Highly recommend it.

The cold bruer is easy to use, convenient and fast to clean. Make delicious cold brew coffee to enjoy straight away or store in the fridge for a couple of weeks. Add ice, or water, a dash of milk, or drink straight up. Great!
