The Rocket Mozzafiato R FAST is the latest edition in the best selling Mozzafiato range of heat exchanger espresso machines.
The latest Mozzafiato has received a facelift that takes note from Rocket’s commercial machines. In addition, the FAST technology platform is the first of its kind from Rocket, cutting standard heatup time from 20+ minutes to only 12 minutes flat.
The Mozzafiato R FAST comes equiped with a rotary pump, delivering quiet operation and consistent pump pressure, while also offering the choice of either standard internal water reservoir or connecting the machine directly to mains water.
The Cronometro (digital shot timer) gives you precise control over the timing of your espresso extraction, allowing you to fine tune your espresso with confidence.
As with all Mozzafiato R models, the Mozzafiato R FAST boiler temperature is controlled by a PID temperature controller, ensuring accurate temperature stability.
The Rocket Mozzafiato R Fast is available in both Chrome and Black panel options.
