The Rocket Giotto R FAST is the latest edition in the best selling Giotto range of heat exchanger espresso machines.
The latest Giotto has received a facelift that takes note from Rocket’s commercial machines whilst also paying tribute to the original Giotto design with a modern twist. In addition, the FAST technology platform is the first of its kind from Rocket, cutting standard heatup time from 20+ minutes to only 12 minutes flat.
The Giotto R FAST comes equiped with a rotary pump, delivering quiet operation and consistent pump pressure, while also offering the choice of either standard internal water reservoir or connecting the machine directly to mains water.
The Cronometro (digital shot timer) gives you precise control over the timing of your espresso extraction, allowing you to fine tune your espresso with confidence.
As with all Giotto R models, the Giotto R FAST boiler temperature is controlled by a PID temperature controller, ensuring accurate temperature stability.
