This is the latest Rocket Giotto Cronometro Evoluzione R, now with a Cronometro (shot timer). The Evoluzione is an upgrade of the Rocket Giotto Type V. standard PID temperature control, standard stainless steel cup surround, near silent rotary pump hence giving the machine plumb-in capability.
Features taken directly from the Rocket Espresso commercial espresso machine range give the Evoluzione superior technology that is normally only found in full sized commercial espresso machines, hence enabling barista-quality coffee in your home or office.
Particularly of note in the Rocket Giotto Cronometro Evoluzione Ris the temperature control which optimises through the PID controller that simultaneously draws on 4 different signal parameters ensuring stability and optimum results in the cup. An adjustable temperature display allows the user to select individual brewing temperatures for different coffee types and roast styles.
The use of a rotary pump ensures quiet yet robust pump performance and allows the user to have the machine draw water from the internal machine reservoir or alternatively connect the machine directly to the water supply.
