A dual PID system and dedicated 1L steam boiler allow you to steam milk and extract espresso simultaneously with consistent temperature and pressure. A shot timer and pump pressure gauge will help you to keep consistent with your extraction.
The Rancilio Silvia Pro X has a Wake-up Mode that can switch on the machine and a pre-determined time. It has an adjustable drip tray that can increase or decrease in height to better suit the type of cups used.
