The Quick Mill Rubino is the latest small footprint heat exchanger espresso machine to join the Di Bartoli family. The machine is capable of steaming milk and extracting espresso at the same time without compromise thanks to the thermosyphon technology.
The Rubino sports a narrow 26.5cm footprint with a 1.8L copper boiler and E61 grouphead that allows for consistent espresso extraction without compromising on how much bench space is required, making it the perfect espresso machine for a small home kitchen with limited bench real estate.
It includes a Quick Mill pulsor device on the vibrating pump that helps to stabilise the pump pressure and mute the noise of the normally noisy vibrating pump.
