The Profitec Drive Dual Boiler Coffee Machine is the next step in evolution of the Profitec brand. A successor to the best-selling Profitec Pro 700, the Drive utilises twin boilers for incredible steam output and consistent espresso temperature shot after shot.
New to the Profitec line is the Fast Heat-Up Mode that will get your machine up to temperature in 10 minutes from cold. The Profitec Drive also comes standard with the Pressure Profiling Valve that allows you to manually regulate the water flow from the group head during extraction, resulting in complete control over your espresso extraction.
The integrated PID control allows you to individually control the temperatures of both boilers, as well as independantly switch off the steam boiler entirely when desired. The discreet OLED display doubles as a shot timer that counts in 0.1 second intervals. A wide variety of settings are available to control through this display, allowing for further customisation. This of course includes the option to choose between running your machine off the internal water tank and a fixed mains connection.
