All the amazing features of a traditional E61, without the Price tag, Di Bartoli is excited to now have the ECM Classika II PID on our range.
The ECM Classika is a Single Boiler Machine, with an E61 Thermosiphone Brew Group. The Classika has a .5L Stainless Steel Boiler.
Combining the E61 Group Head with the PID Temperature Control, you are able to get very accurate brew temps with this machine. You are able to adjust brew temperature in One-degree increments, which is very rare for Single Boiler Machines.
The PID doubles has two other very important features:
1) You are able to adjust your steam temperature to just how you like it, and
2) the PID switches to a built in timer when you are pulling your shot to time your shots – Quality Control . Once you have finished your shot, the PID automatically switches back to display your brew temperature. Once you flip the switch for the steam, the PID displays steam temperature as your boiler heats up.
