With the Di Bartoli Coffee Bean Subscription you can set your coffee on autopilot! No more hair pulling in front of an empty hopper or cranky mornings leaving home without your morning fix.
We do it all for you! Now you can enjoy the Di Bartoli Coffee Bean Subscription with full flexibility: choose any bean type, any bag size, for as long as you like!
How does it work?
Simply choose a bean, bag size and duration, add to cart, pay for the entire period and we will make sure you receive a bag of fresh goodies on Thursday or Friday fortnightly for the duration period you chose. If you’d like to rotate through two or more different coffee choose the “Roaster’s Choice – Surprise Me!” option and, at checkout, let us know what beans from our range you’d like included.
What is ‘Subscription Duration’?
The length of time that we will supply your coffee beans for. In a typical fortnightly dispatch, choose from a 1 Month (2 deliveries), 3 Months (6 deliveries), 6 Months (13 deliveries) and 12 Months (26 deliveries) options
When do you deliver?
We dispatch weekly, fortnightly or monthly by Wednesday. If you choose the Express Post option for your subscription, Sydney residents will receive it on Thursday or Friday and other states 1-3 business days from dispatch.
What size bag is available?
We offer 250g, 500g and 1kg. If you’d like to include more than one type of coffee, please get in touch with our Customer Care team who can prepare a custom subscription for you.
How many bags are delivered?
How many bags would you like to be delivered each time? Simply choose from the quantity drop down box. Please note if you would like more than one bag but of a different blend or a single origin, you will need to add it to your cart as a separate item.
Can you grind the beans?
You could choose between whole beans, Espresso Grind, Stove top, Filter and Turkish Coffee. You are more than welcomed to include your specific coffee maker in the order comments and we will grind it specially for that maker.
Can I change my mind?
Ofcourse, you can change to any other bean type by contacting support, we can even put you on a rotating option so you get to try different beans each time (upon request). You can’t shorten your duration but you can extend it anytime by buying another subscription. You wont be able to choose a smaller bag either but we can upgrade you to a bigger size bag anytime. As there are refunds on subscription,we recommend that if you are not sure whether this will work for you, to choose the 1 month (2 deliveries) option and extend if you like the program.
Can I freeze my subscription?
Going away? Going detox for a while? Overstocked? Easy. Contact support and we’ll freeze it for you. Please ensure your request is in writing and is made the latest on the Friday of the week before the scheduled delivery you wish to pause.
How do I renew my Di Bartoli Coffee Bean Subscription?
We have two forms of renewal: auto-renewal and prepaid. With auto-renewal you will never ever have to worry about forgetting to order more coffee; your credit card will be debited for each bag of coffee that is dispatched, no lock in contract and cancel anytime. For the best discount we recommend one of our prepaid options where you can save up to 10% off your subscription. You will receive a reminder when it’s time to renew
