Unlike many online shops out there which sell coffee machines as appliances, we are a unique business, dedicated to YOU and to the umbrella of products and services you will need if your goal is Cafe style coffee at home.

We only supply genuine Australian specification and electrically compliant machinery. We will do our best to match or better your quoted price subject to the following conditions:
- You supply a copy of quote or alternately a link to the suppliers website where prices are listed
- The items concerned must be in stock and available for shipment
- We match like for like including preparation detail, surcharges, packages discount, free bonuses, delivery preparation, shipping charges, after sale support and technical services
- If we match, our advertised discounts and inclusions are then void
- Payment will be on an invoice either with payment made via credit card over the phone or via funds transfer
- We are unable to match international or regional free shipping offers
- To request a price match, email us to sales@dibartoli.com.au with your counter offer
- We will not match non Australia web sites or any “drop ship” companies which cannot provide Australian specification equipment nor Australian warranty
