After an incredible few years, it’s now time for our beloved ECM Synchronika V3 to find it’s forever home

With the launch of the new ECM Synchronika II, our demo model V3 Synchronika needs a new home. That new home could be yours!

Manufactured in late 2019 and entering into use during the pandemic years, our demo Synchronika has made on average less than the typical 1-4 coffees on average and has recently been serviced by our incredible workshop. Unfortunately the original box got misplaced during the move from Botany Road to O’Riordan Street, but we can provide an equivalent padded box on request.

Crafted from premium materials, the ECM Synchronika V3 is built to last. Its E61 group head ensures temperature stability and pre-infusion, while the dual boiler system allows for simultaneous brewing and steaming at up to 2 bars of steam pressure.

The machine’s PID controller enables precise temperature regulation, while the high-quality steam wand produces velvety microfoam for lattes and cappuccinos. The LED display allows easy access to the PID temperature settings whilst also doubling as a shot timer enabling you to keep a close eye on brewing parameters.
