How does it work?
Simply choose a single origin, bag size and duration, add to cart, pay for the entire period and we will make sure you receive a bag of fresh goodies on Thursday or Friday fortnightly for the duration period you chose.
What are the Single Origins options?
All our single origins are 100% Arabica and are sourced from the best farms in a variety of cultivating regions in the world, using best practices, and being a part of sustainability programs supporting the living standards, health and education of the farmers. Some guaranteed profit is invested back into the farm for acquiring new technologies. Each coffee has its own unique story. You can choose between:

What is 'Subscription Duration'?
Choose from a 1 Month (2 deliveries), 3 Months (6 deliveries), 6 Months (12 deliveries) and 12 Months (24 deliveries) options
When do you deliver?
We dispatch fortnightly on a Wednesday via express post. Sydney residents will receive it on Thursday or Friday and other states 1-3 business days from dispatch. We roast fresh on Mondays so you receive very fresh coffee, only 3-4 days old beans.
What size bag is available?
Choose from 500g or 1kg delivered each time. Unfortunately we don't include the 250g bag option in our Subscriptions, but if in Sydney you can drop by our hub for smaller bags. Check below what happens if you wish to top up your order with any bag size.
How many bags are delivered?
How many bags would you like to be delivered each time? Simply choose from the quantity drop down box. Please note if you would like more than one bag but of a different blend or a single origin, you will need to add it to your cart as a separate item.
Can you grind the beans?
You could choose between whole beans, Espresso Grind, Stove top, Filter and Turkish Coffee. You are more than welcomed to include your specific coffee maker in the order comments and we will grind it specially for that maker.
Can I change my mind?
Ofcourse, you can change to any other bean type by contacting support, we can even put you on a rotating option so you get to try different beans each time (upon request). You can't shorten your duration but you can extend it anytime by buying another subscription. You wont be able to choose a smaller bag either but we can upgrade you to a bigger size bag anytime. As there are refunds on subscription,we recommend that if you are not sure whether this will work for you, to choose the 1 month (2 deliveries) option and extend if you like the program.
Can I freeze my subscription?
Going away? Going detox for a while? Overstocked? Easy. Contact support and we'll freeze it for you. Please ensure your request is in writing and is made the latest on the Friday of the week before the scheduled delivery you wish to pause.
Can I top up my normal delivery?
Email support before Tuesday 1pm requesting to top up your delivery for that week. You can choose to top up with 250g, 500g, 1kg, or more. Please note that additional freight charge may incur should your total weight exceeds current bracket. So for example, signed up for 500g and you need another 500g top up? You will pay extra $3 freight as we upgrade your express satchel size. Once you email, we will reply with the total charge. When you confirm to us, we then charge the card we have on file (unless otherwise advised), pack & dispatch both orders together.
Can I have 750g Subscription delivered fortnightly?
Unfortunately we don't offer 250g variants with our subscription, and it requires to be in multiples of 500g. You can, however, top up as a one off or with an ongoing authority to charge your card fortnightly for the extra bag and pack your order together. Please note that additional freight charge may incur should your total weight exceeds current bracket. So if your normal dispatch is 500g and you do a top up of 250g, your total charge will be $17 ($14 for 250g + $3 upgrade of express satchel to 0.5kg-3kg size). Email us on email@example.com before Tuesday 1pm, we will reply with the total charge. When you confirm to us, we then charge the card we have on file (unless otherwise advised), pack & dispatch both orders together.
