HIRING NOW PROJECT BASED & CASUALS TO SUPPORT OUR BUSY HOLIDAY PERIOD 2020, ALL IMMEDIATE START:

Espresso Equipment Consultant - Status: open

You are a coffee professional, must have min 3 years selling espresso equipment, strong digital and E-commerce orientation with experience in CRM, ability to manage and optimize platform to maximize conversion. Native English speaker, permanent residence / citizen, proven track sales records in coffee and equipment. Good health, ready to start. Tue - Sat 9am-5pm till EOY, 38 hours p.w, hourly + commission + super. Onsite. Ongoing work opportunity for the right person.

Marketing Assistant - Design & Social Management Status: open

Must have experience and skills in design work, social media management and digital marketing. Must be a coffee snob, specialty coffee barista or a home barista. Coffee branding work is a bonus. Require presenting a portfolio with your resume. Native English speaker, permanent residence / citizen. Approx. 30 hours p.w flexible till EOF work includes weekends and after hours. Hourly + Super (or sub contract). Preferred own ABN. Onsite + offsite. Ongoing work opportunity for the right person.

E-commerce Customer Support Casual- Status: open

Must have experience in digital customer care / e-commerce in a coffee business. Tech skills: live chat, phone, email, social media, coffee related product knowledge. Language skills: e-commerce language proficiency: spelling, punctuation word -use. Communication skills: positive language, empathy, active listening, excellent time management, patience, reflecting, tension awareness and conflict prevention. Native English speaker, permanent residence / citizen. Must have sales experience in coffee / coffee products, ability to write winning email content, fast learning, can work independently and achieve KPI. Including weekends but not compulsory. Approx. 35 hours p.w, days negotiable, onsite + offsite hourly + super, ongoing work opportunity for the right person. 


Logistic / Equipment Dispatch Support Casual- Status: open
Must be in good health (lifting machinery), background working with coffee equipment a plus, mechanical or electrical work experience a bonus too. You'd be supporting the dispatch team with prepping equipment for dispatch - cleaning, testing, calibrating, tagging & packing. Computer skills and customer service experience are a bonus. Further tasks will be assigned to the right candidate. Onsite, hourly + Super, Mon - Fri, approx. 25 hours p.w
