  1. Distinct flavour that sets it apart from the rest 5 Star Review 5 Star Review

I first had a cup of this at Bondi Junction in 2015. The barista advised that there is a distinct berry flavour educed by light roasting. I had heard descriptions before about flavours that you would find in coffee but most of the time I couldn’t detect them. First taste and I was blown away. Very distinct berry flavour. I have tried another brand in the interim and whilst it was very good. A recent visit to Rosebery and I had to revisit Yirgacheffe. So much more depth and punch. The berry reminds me of juniper. It is offset by a caramel flavour. Highly recommended.
