Coffee Beans Subscription FAQ

Frequency and Day of Delivery:
We roast every Tuesday and Wednesday. Your first delivery will be packed and posted on the Wednesday following the date of payment or the same day if your order was placed on a Wednesday before 1pm. Beans will be delivered every fortnight after that for the duration of the Subscription you have chosen. Please note we use Express Post service, normally delivered next business day in Sydney and most areas in NSW, and withing 2-3 working days in all other states.    
Changing your Bean Selection: 
If you wish to change your beans selection anytime, simply contact us and we will arrange that for you
Choosing More than One Bean to Subscribe to: 
Simply add as many subscriptions items to your cart, choosing your preferred beans, quantity and duration for each. 
What Quantity of Coffee Beans will I receive? 
You have the option to choose between 500g or 1kg for each Subscription option 
Can I 'Freeze' my Subscription?
Sure. If you go on an extended holidays, or find yourself with more coffee than you need at any time, just contact us at least 1 week before you go and we will suspend your coffee subscription at no cost.
Do you Ship Ground coffee?
Yes. You have the option to choose whole beans, Espresso Grind, Stove top, Filter and Turkish Coffee. You are more than welcomed to include your specific coffee maker in the order comments and we will grind it specially for that maker.
What is the Delivery Fee?
There is no additional cost for delivery, this is included within the subscription price. Click here to find out your saving on total cost. 
Can I choose more than 1kg for Delivery?
Yes. Please note the quantity button on the product page. You can select as many kg you wish. Please note we do have special arrangement for bulk purchase of 5 or more kg at a time. 
Sending a Coffee Subscription as a Gift:
If you would like to send the coffee subscription to someone else as a gift, please change the shipping address during the check out process. Simply click 'new shipping address' and add in the order comments: 'This is a gift' as well as the name of the recepient and their mobile number. We will then post it to the shipping address provided with no invoice attached. If this is a Christmas Gift, we will email you a Beans Subscription Voucher which you can print and present to your friend. They will need to contact us to activate his / her subscription. 
I live Overseas, can I Still Subscribe?
We are sorry, but our subscription program is currently limited to within Australia.
