Australia Post and all other carriers will be working hard to deliver your parcels as safely and quickly as possible, but delivery for Christmas will take longer this year as they manage the impacts of COVID-19 and more parcels than ever before. If you order by the date above, your order will have the best chance to arrive before Christmas.
SERVICE CENTRE HOLIDAY BREAK 2020 ANNOUNCEMENT

Our workshop takes a break in the holiday and will close from December 24th 2020 to Jan 3rd 2021, re opens on Jan 4th. Any machine that is brought in between those dates will queue up for service / repair upon re-opening of the Service Centre. Please DO NOT drop off the machine before Christmas if you plan a long vacation. We are very limited in space and we charge stocking fee of $20 per week should your machine isn't being picked up within 3 weeks from completion. If you plan a long holiday, please bring it in AFTER Jan 5th or BEFORE Dec 14th.
TO GUARANTEE PICK UP FROM REPAIR BEFORE CHRISTMAS YOU MUST BRING YOUR MACHINE IN BEFORE DECEMBER 14TH. ANY DROP OFF AFTER THAT DATE WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED COMPLETION BEFORE CLOSING. AS OF NOV 27TH 2020 WE HAVE PAUSED OUR PRIORITY SERVICE AND CURRENT TURN AROUND TIME IS 7 BUSINESS DAYS. WE DON'T OFFER BOOKINGS UNFORTUNATELY AND MACHINES ARE TO BE DROPPED OFF AND QUEUE UP ON FIRST-IN FIRST-OUT BASES.

Due to high volume of machines consultancy in the hub before Christmas, our last day of complimentary Zoom training sessions (included with every machine sale) is December 4th. We will resume training on Jan 5th. If you bought your machine from us and need support, join our exclusive Facebook Support group for community support. Note our paid Zoom sessions will also pause on Dec 4th and resume on Jan 6th.
