Bellman CX25P Stainless Steel Stovetop - With Gauge - SOLD OUT

Write a Review
Bellman CX25P Stainless Steel Stovetop is a high quality 10/10 stainless steel stove top coffee maker with Pressure gauge and frothing wand.

The Bellman's Retro styling derives from a long line of stovetop machines - once known as the 'Vesubio' it has undergone various transformations over time and appeared under the various names of Elebak, Via Veneto and Benjamin & Medwin. It produces quality strong coffee just like a good Italian stovetop 'Moka' pot, but most importantly, it also produces a strong jet of steam to froth and heat milk for various milky coffee beverages.

The CX25P pressure gauge model on offer here is the very latest produced by Bellman and is a totally new innovation on this classic design. When the gauge reads in the Green zone you are ready to make your espresso! Leave it until just reaches the Yellow zone and you are ready to froth!

Using the included reducer the Bellman can easily and quickly produce from 3-9 cups of fine coffee at a time.

The stainless steel and heat resistant Bakelite construction guarantee a long working life and the removable top makes cleaning the unit extremely simple.

This coffee maker has a super clean industrial design look and will be an excellent addition to any modern kitchen...

The Bellman works well on gas and electric stove-tops. Ideal for the home, camping and travel.

Di Bartoli recommends using only freshly roasted beans, ground especially for the Bellman for the best results. Single origin will taste better then Blends if you drink it black, but if you add milk try one of our Blends for richer coffee.

Nothing beats freshly ground beans! Enhance your experience with one of our hand grinders nicely tucked in your bag while out for camping and check out our selection of milk jugs to complete the experience.

Note we also sell the Bellman Seal Kit, the Filter Basket Reducer and the Bellman Tamper.

    Great little machine

Posted by Lyn Bagnall on 11th Jun 2017

As a rural resident without a nearby cafe, I have used a Bellman CX-25P stovetop coffee maker for many years and have just replaced it. The gauge makes it easy to produce coffee with good flavour. The twin steam holes in the frothing nozzle on the new model work extremely well and produce the rich froth that I love on my morning coffee. This little machine performs well and is easy to clean, too.

    Coffee for camping

I heard about the Bellman cx-25 P while asking around for a solution to decent coffee when on a trip. I finally ordered it on the weekend and received it 3 days later. WOW. So good. The coffee needs more tweaking, too weak for my taste, but the milk is so easy to froth, so much better than any domestic machine I have used comparable to the commercial machines.
Any advice on how to improve the espresso would be welcome.

    Worth the effort.

This isn't going to make espresso but it is the best mokka pot ever. Makes a very smooth rich brew with a good emulsion on top, not really true crema but a hell of a way to start the day. Milk texturing is super good. Tamp was a little expensive for what it actually is but certainly works. The 3/6 cup adapter is pointless: the coffee comes up through the centre all weak and watery. Throw it out and just pack and tamp the main basket to the level you want. Figuring it all out is half the fun.

    Easy stove top coffee

I would give it four stars, but im stil getting the hang of it. It makes a great coffee. Making the first cup of coffee is perfect, it has the crema, but the 2nd one misses out. Still getting used to doing the milk frothing, I find that I have to do it in two lots in order to get that velvety foam for both. The coffee that I got was also really good., im having a lot of fun with this.

Real coffee on the stove top

The real deal, proper coffee from the stove top. A bit fiddly putting coffee grounds into the machine, this could be improved, but a great solution for people like us living off the grid, and needing a stove top option.

    Perl texturing

I bought this to primarily texture milk and it didn't disappoint!
The sweat spot for the steam is when the gauge is just into the yellow and you have the unit still on a low/medium heat. Teamed with the 400ml Di Bartoli Milk Jug, I can texture better than I can at work on a La Marzocco, I kid you not. Here take a look.

THANK YOU SO MUCH ESTHER for a personal note and some great smelling coffee, I am a customer service representative myself and am rather critical of most companies/organisations, however I am most impressed and thrilled with our purchase from Di Bartoli. We are so looking forward to our first cup of coffee and have no doubt it will taste as good as the service we have received. All the best and again thank you.

    Just what I needed!

Great product. Well made. Helps me make consistently good coffees, and the milk steaming/frothing wand works (after a week of practice). Very happy with it... using it at home on the gas stove, and really looking forward to using it while camping, er... "glamping" I guess... latte or cappuccino anyone?

We were told about this product while tripping around Australia by a fellow caravaner. We ordered one straight away. Came to us super fast via the local post office delivery. We have used it for over a month and makes perfect coffee. We like it so much we think we'd almost use it in place of our big coffee machine back at home.
