Roasted Coffee Beans

micemedal.jpg

Di Bartoli's roasted single origions and blends are all high quality, specialty 100% Arabica beans from all the coffee growing regions of the world, mainly South & Central America and Africa. Our motto is that nothing beats fresh beans, so we treat our coffee beans with respect: we experiment and learn its behavior with different methods of brewing apart from espresso, different age, different brewing temperature and different roast level. We love sharing our findings, recommend the best way to store your beans, provide cupping notes and teach our students techniques to achieve a better cup. We roast every Tuesdays & Wednesday, so the beans you order can be anything between 1-6 days old.
