The La Scala Butterfly is another quality Italian beauty on our range. It is a good alternative to the Rocket Giotto Premium Plus and the Bezzera Domus Galatea in a much lower price bracket.

As Heat Exchange machine, where you can steam and make coffee at the same time, this entertainers powerhouse also features an e61 group head, large drip tray, a 1.8 L brass boiler, 3 L water tank, large cup warmer and adjustable feet. The large thermosyphon system ensure excellent circulation and stable group temperatures, which improves consistency of espresso quality.
