The Ethiopian Sidamo is a hand harvested dry processed, certified natural organic "fair trade" coffee. It is grown in the Kaffa region in the Sidamo province of Ethiopia, where coffee was first discovered over a thousand years ago. It is known and loved for its unique flavor. With a mild spicy kick and a wine-like essence that finishes with a floral aroma, this clean tasting coffee glides over your palate with an almost sweet aftertaste. This light bodied coffee when roasted light, delivers bright floral aroma with a deep, wine-like spicy flavor. In siphon, it is pure and clean with accentuated flowers fragrant.
