The Bellman CX25 is a classic Italian designed high quality 18/10 stainless steel stove top coffee maker. It comes new in the factory box with full instruction manual. Made by Bellman Company this machine works on the same principle as the famous Giordano Robbiati atomic type coffee machine.
The new Bellman model is improved - with an improved filter basket design, but still employs the same functional styling and quality Bakelite and Stainless Steel construction. It produces strong espresso shots just like a regular Italian stovetop 'Moka' pot, but most importantly, it also produces a strong jet of steam to froth and heat milk.
The Bellman will produce great cappuccinos, lattes, hot chocolates, etc. The stainless steel construction guarantee's a long life and the removable top makes cleaning the unit very simple. The included reducer enables the user to easily make from 3-9 demitasse serves of coffee at a time, making it one of the most versatile stovetop units available.
Ideal for the home, boats, camping and travel.

We had the machine for two days...it is a really good looking machine. The milk steamer works very well. The only thing I would add is for people to watch some youtube video on how to use it as it might take a while to get used to what pressure, what grind and how much coffee to use to make the coffee just how you like it....I like an espresso style coffee with lots of crema on the top and letting the gauge measure 1.5 to 2 bar of pressure seams to really draw out a good espresso, with a tick layer of crema at the top....awsome machine. I am glad we bought the version with the pressure gauge as it would be really difficult to use otherwise....like the suggestion of having a coffee tamper with the hole the middle to suit this machine....

Provides great coffee using flexible heat sources. The mobility ensures good coffee at places that don't appreciate or do not have the facilities.
It also provides great entertainment for guest while preparing a latte or other style

We have been using the Bellman along with the Kyocera hand grinder on our 40 footer (yacht) for 2 years now. With only the gas cook top to work with, we consistently produce a great crema. With such a low bar boiler you have to allocate a bit more time to froth the milk. The only difference we get on the boat from our Rancilio Silvio and Rocky at home is the extra time it takes to produce 2 mugs of cappuccino.
The grind in the Kyocera is a lot coarser then at home due to the lower pressure developed in the Bellman but once you get it all set up it delivers every time

The instructions were easy to follow and clear,The water level was clearly defined on the interior of the item, as well as easy instructions how to fill the coffee to the various levels. The weight gave confidence to the thickness of the stainless steel construction.
The only thing I would add would be a solid plastic disk with a hole in the centre to press the coffee down
